Cherry O Album

This is an album that I worked on with Amber Engel and Rae Jamison. It is Amber's baby's first year album. We wanted to get the book done and we only worked with the Cherry O paper pack and the Creative Basics paper that match. Here is what we did:

Here is a template that you can make either a card holder OR a Mini album. I have had so much fun with this and am looking forward to making them with many different paper packs.

Here is the layout you can make with the WOTG package. It comes with step by step directions to create this layout. I loved the idea to use the Stazon brown pad to make the pewter elements look like the antique copper ones. Very cool!!!

What is my SUCCESS CAN?

What is a Success Can? Well, this is something I thought of to help me improve myself.

Jan. is a time we usually reflect and see what we want to focus on for the year. Can we do things better? Differently? What goals do we want to achieve? The problem is that many of what we want to do, we have tried and tried again and again. So, I thought of a strategy that might help me move closer to my desired outcome then ever before. What are the things we get frustrated with that prohibit us from changing behaviors? Identify those tasks and pay yourself to do them. I have a few certain things I will focus on each month.

For example:

· This month when I clean the house for 30 uninterrupted minutes, I will put $5.00 in the jar……SUCCESS!!!

· When I exercise for 30 minutes, I get $2.00, 45 minutes = $4.00 and if I get to 60 minutes (rarely…$6.00) SUCCESS!!!

Get the idea?

I think each month I will decide what my focus is.

This money is for me ONLY! I will not hand it out to the kids, I will not pay bills, I will spend it or save it for something I want that I know I earned through paying myself to succeed.

What are some tasks that prohibit you from reaching your personal goals? Create a Success Jar and pay yourself for completing those pesky tasks.
